Services

AI innovation

We provide AI-powered services and advanced digital products tailored to support critical decision-making. Each solution is carefully developed to integrate key advancements within the fields of public health, preventive medicine, and the human and social sciences. The services can be provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, predictive algorithms, information system models or a combination of these, all customizable to different budgets.
Our suite of services and products is integrated into a comprehensive, modular and AI-driven platform that significantly enhances traditional public health and governmental information systems. The entire suite is also designed with built-in flexibility, ensuring seamless adaptation and scalability for future changes or adjustments over time. Each offering encompasses the configuration and deployment, as well as the ongoing maintenance and updates of all platform components, tailored to meet the specific requirements of each client.

Data Visualization

In contrast to classical text reports, analytical dashboards and advanced visualization models can leverage the functionality of analyzing population-based health and well-being, as they are generally better conceived to facilitate complexity reduction, data understanding, insight generation and decision-making. Nowadays, the volume, ubiquity and complexity of population-based datasets have made them incomprehensible without a proper model visualization, and traditionally used tools have gradually become inadequate.
We provide an interactive visualization model and interface, delivered as a SaaS solution, designed to optimize data interpretation and facilitate advanced insight generation.

Data Modeling

There have been challenges in integrating traditional methods from public health, preventive medicine, and the human and social sciences with the most recent approaches and technologies of the computational and data sciences. Practitioners of methods from the fields of health and social sciences incorporate contextual knowledge into evidence production and explicitly control biases in both data collection and analysis to determine whether the results are valid, spurious or influenced by systematic errors. In contrast, AI methods are driven by an analytical approach based on big data, rather than on hypothesis testing.
Our predictive computational models and algorithms are driven by state-of-the-art digital twin and agentic AI technologies, but are also specifically developed to facilitate decision-making in the fields of public health, preventive medicine, and the human and social sciences.

Data Architecture

The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the limitations of traditional public health surveillance and information systems, revealing that they remain rudimentary and poorly interoperable to address contemporary challenges. As a result, the reported number of cases was often neither reliable nor accurate, rendering population-based interventions insufficient and, ultimately, less cost-effective. Consequently, new information system models have become more compulsory.
We offer a cloud-based microservices architecture integrated with advanced analytics and machine learning models, meticulously engineered to improve data interoperability, validation and adjustment within public health and social welfare systems.
